For Employers

Employee benefits your team will actually use

Good benefits help you attract and keep good people, but they shouldn’t be a headache to run. I’ll help you put together coverage that supports your team and is simple to manage, then stay on as your point of contact whenever a question comes up.

Mary Hall, your Benefits Consultant. A local, independent partner who makes offering benefits straightforward, not one more thing on your plate.

Good Health Insurance

Doesn’t always mean

Good Care for Employees When They Need It.

Better benefits and a stronger workforce

Today’s employers are facing rising health insurance costs, high deductibles and copays, limited access to care, and increasing prescription drug expenses. I help businesses explore employee benefit solutions that can improve access to healthcare and support employee wellness.

These solutions work alongside your current health insurance coverage, so there’s no need to replace your existing plan. I’ll help you evaluate your options, understand what’s available, and I’ll remain your local point of contact whenever questions arise.

Whether you’re looking to improve employee satisfaction, strengthen retention, or simply make benefits easier to offer, I’m here to help.

What your team gets

Two programs, one goal: more support for your people, without adding complexity for you. Both work alongside the coverage you already offer.

Preventive care & wellnessThrough EHP

  • Wellness-focused support: the EHP Preventative Care Management Program helps your team stay ahead of their health
  • Adds to your plan: works alongside your current coverage — nothing gets replaced
  • Guided from the start: I’ll walk you through how the program works and whether it fits your business

24/7 virtual careThrough Revive

  • Urgent care & primary care: virtual visits your team can reach from home, day or night
  • Behavioral health & EAP: someone to talk to when life gets heavy, plus employee-assistance support
  • Prescription help: support with medications, without another errand
  • Family members covered too: care that reaches the people your employees care for

Around the clock

Care on your team’s clock

Health doesn’t keep office hours. Here’s what round-the-clock virtual care looks like in an ordinary week.

9:40 PM Tuesday

A feverish kid at bedtime. A virtual urgent-care visit from the living room — no waiting room, and family members are covered too.

6:45 AM Thursday

A prescription question before the shift. Help with medications, handled before the workday starts instead of during it.

12:30 PM Any day

A lunch break that’s about something heavier. Behavioral-health and employee-assistance support — someone to talk to, when your people need it.

How it works

No paperwork avalanche and no obligation. It starts with one conversation.

  1. We talk about your team. A short call about your business, what you offer today, and what you’d like benefits to do for your people.
  2. I do the homework. I look at what’s available and figure out what would genuinely fit — and I’ll tell you plainly if something isn’t a fit.
  3. You get it in plain English. We go through what each option means for your people and your budget, and you decide. No pressure either way.
  4. I stay your point of contact. Rollout, employee questions, the odd hiccup — you call me, not an 800 number.

Your Benefits Consultant

One person your whole company can actually reach

I’m Mary Hall, an independent agent based in Ocala. When your business works with me, your benefits don’t come from a portal — they come with a person attached, and I go the extra mile instead of just saying “call the company.”

  • Local and independent — serving The Villages, Ocala & Gainesville, and employers across Florida
  • Your team’s questions come to me, not an 800 number
  • Programs that add to the coverage you already offer — nothing gets replaced

Questions employers ask me

Answered here the same way I’d answer them on the phone.

Will this replace the health plan we already offer?

No. These programs work alongside your current health insurance coverage, so there’s no need to replace your existing plan. They add support for your team on top of what you already offer.

What does it cost?

Every business is different. It depends on the size of your team and the programs you choose, so the honest answer is a short conversation, not a number on a website. Call me and we’ll walk through it for your business — no obligation.

How much work is this for us to run?

Very little — that’s my job. I handle the details of getting a program set up, so adding benefits doesn’t mean adding paperwork to your day. And I stay on afterward as your point of contact.

Who answers my employees’ questions?

I do. Your people can call me directly — that’s the point of working with a local agent instead of a portal or an 800 number. You and your team get one person who knows your business.

We’re a small shop. Is this still for us?

Let’s talk. Group programs vary in which team sizes they fit, and one short call will tell us quickly what’s available for a business like yours.
